Requirements:
- Able to Read and Write English
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18 by December 2016
- Texas Driver’s License or ID Card
- Able to pass Background Check
Proof of Vaccinations to Include:
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza
- Tetanus (within last 5 yrs.)
- MMR
